On the 9th of December Vincent De Meerleer, one of our founders, gave an interview to Sophie Larmoyer who hosts the radio show “Les Carnets du Monde“.

Xpertize.be is one year old. Hurrah! Last year we entered the recruitment market to revolutionize it. For decades headhunters were benefiting from their contacts’ networks without valorizing what at Xpertize.be we consider as work. So we decided to change that and to allow anyone to refer a friend and get rewarded if that friend is hired.

We had the confidence that this approach would change the way people find work. Is this a sucess? YES!
