In the V2 of Xpertize.be you can search more precisely the job offers you want to forward to your friends. To make your findings easier you can target the region, the industry and some keywords you want to see in the results. You can perform such searches on different ordering methods for our job offers : the most rewarded, the less rewarded, the less forwarded or the last added.

If you prefer to search for recruiters you can either use the keyword field to input your favorite company name, either click on the tag cloud of our recruiters.

The V2 of xpertize.be emphasizes your possibility of staying in touch with the new job offers proposed on the website.

As before, you can subscribe to email alerts or RSS feeds. What’s new is that you can personalize your own alerts, in order to match your specific area of expertise, the type of contracts you are interested in or the region where you expect to work. As soon as a new offer that matches your choices is published, you’ll be warned by email or through your RSS reader.

If you have a blog or a personal webpage you can add a widget to it in order to drive traffic to xpertize.be. This widget can also be personalized and – what’s really cool – if  someone who has clicked on the widget on your page is hired you get a reward.

So don’t wait and give you a chance to not miss good opportunities for you or your firends and get rewarded to do so.

From now, this moment also known as the Version 2 of our website, you can forward anonymously a job offer and be paid if your candidate is hired. Do you want to know more ? Here are the details.

When you stumble upon an interesting job offer for one of your contacts, simply click on the “recommend someone” buttonRecommend someonebeneath the job description. Fill in the details of your contacts and make sure you checked the option to let us know that you want to stay anonymous.

Accordingly none of your personal informations will be transmitted or given to people we might contact.

Since Xpertize.be cherishes the recruiters, connectors and candidates, if a candidate has already received an offer (anonymously or publicly) he will not get it a second time.

It’s not because you are the one that you have to get spammed.
