The team
Our team is represented by consultants having several years of proven experience in recruitment as well as a previous corporate experience in one of the fields Xpertize specializes. This constitutes a major asset for our clients as each consultant can concretely understand the client’s needs and issues and can simply speak the client’s language.
The founding partners are:
Vincent De Meerleer
Vincent De Meerleer (Law degree, UCL): Vincent started his career as a consultant in the financial sector. He then worked several years as a head hunter, before launching Xpertize.
Axel Lannoy
Axel Lannoy (Economics degree, UCL): Axel started his career as a Mergers & Acquisitions consultant before integrating the telecommunication sector. He then created his own mobile services firm before launching Xpertize.
Cedric Van Kan
Cédric Van Kan (Commercial Engineering degree, Solvay): Cédric started his career in audit before moving on to management consulting. He then created his own email-based marketing agency, which was then absorbed by Belgacom Skynet where he became financial director for 4 years before launching Xpertize.
Gregory Centner
Gregory Centner (Commercial Engineering degree, UCL): Gregory started his career as a consultant in the financial sector. He then worked several years as a head hunter within a specialized recruitment firm, Robert Half, before joining Xpertize a year ago.
