We seek a HIGHLY motivated and result driven Community Manager with a fanatical passion for blogging, micro-blogging and community participation leadership. We are looking for a social media addict who maintains a personal mix of participatory expertise from among social channels.

Skills:

• Bachelor degree or MBA in Marketing with 3 to 5 year experience
• Understands the Open Source model
• Strong written and verbal communication skills - European English.
• Strong software and new technology awareness.
• Must be able to work in an organization where resources necessary for execution do not report directly to this position.
• Ability to perform ROI analysis and identify tactics for constant improvement.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized with the ability to handle multiple-tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Excels at research, possesses excellent writing skills and the ability to crank editorial and technical writ-ing output without brooding.
• Has work experience or training in advertising, PR, online marketing or similar field
• Dedicated to blogging and understands the power of feed marketing in the marketing mix
• Demonstrated creativity and documented immersion in social media
• Demonstrated ability to map out a marketing strategy and then drive that strategy proven by testing and metrics
• Ability to jump from the creative side of marketing to analytical side, able to demonstrate why their ideas are analytically sound
• Discretion to identify threats and opportunities in user generated content
• Knowledge of search engine optimization-think including basic keyword research. We name and tag our posts based on research.
• Has excellent verbal and written communication skills and an ability to work individually on a project or in a team environment
• Is eager to meet and exceed objectives and take on more responsibility
• Brings to the position outstanding organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simul-taneously while meeting deadlines
• Self-motivated with a high level of initiative and a sense of urgency.
• Passion, passion, passion for delivering results and driving internal and external customer success.
• Fluent in English is mandatory. An extra European language is an advantage.
