Job description- As IT Support you will have several and varied missions covering users support, network monitoring and computers management.
- You will also have to use some internal applications to support our business services.
Experience & degree
- Junior (0-3 years experience);
- 3 years bachelor degree in IT;
- Experience in Telecom company is a nice to have.
Technical profile
- Network and backup management;
- SAN and web servers management;
- SQL servers management;
- Management of Microsoft XP and Windows 7;
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office;
- Knowledge of Microsoft Exchange 2007;
- Knowledge of SQL (preferably Microsoft SQL server), able to make advanced queries and to understand
- stored procedures (TSQL), reporting.
Human skills
- Eager to learn;
- Pragmatic approach of problems;
- Proactive and goal driven attitude;
- Willing to work in a team sharing knowledge;
- Able to understand business processes.
Languages
- Decent speaking and reporting in English
- Fluent speaking of Dutch OR French
