Description :

Role:

• Develop a comprehensive and pragmatic approach and action plan to optimize usage of the web channel and the web sites supported by a comprehensive set of measures and KPI's to allow senior management to take informed decisions.
• Track key metrics and identify trends/patterns that warrant deeper analysis in order to drive Customer traffic to stores at minimal cost.
• Direct all web agency interaction with Keyword search, SEO, traffic, production. Work with marketing in the steering of the creative departments.
• Manage day-to-day work such as project budgets and timelines.
• Oversee the regular maintenance, enhancements and integration of legacy computer systems with other online marketing efforts.

Profile:

• University degree in applied science (Civil engineer or equivalent min 5 years study with a focus on science, technology and industry) with 10+ years in industry with various assignments in management roles in the area of CRM, Sales, Customer Analytics, Marketing and Web.
• Experience in a fast moving environment (such as a start-up) and demonstrated ability to perform at all levels with a hands-on attitude.
• Exceptional analytical ability to judge, quantify, articulate and present complex results.
• Possess solid knowledge of research/planning tools and strong knowledge of internet digital technologies.
• Experience in developing, setting-up, maintaining and optimizing SEO campaigns.
• Strong understanding of Information systems technologies and capabilities.
• Creative and innovative thinker who can bring thoughts to actions with speed and thoughtfulness.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, decision-making, organization and leadership skills.
• Advanced skills on MS Office Suite of programs, HTML, practical knowledge of web protocols, web design.
• Marketing-mix modeling and/or other multivariate regression analysis
• Languages: English. Any other language is a plus (French, Dutch, German)
• Highly organized and structured.
