Description :

Function:

  • Primary responsibility is identifying, targeting and closing new business opportunities for the range of the enterprise software solutions and Consultancy Services.
  • Besides this, you will own a client account portfolio and monitor the client satisfaction.
  • Lead price- and contract negotiations with new and existing clients.
  • Overseeing smooth installation process of software and training of new clients.
  • Stimulating the use of a broad range of the enterprise services at clients.
  • You will participate in internal (international) projects as the expert on retailer/manufacturer cooperation and shelf presentation.
  • Accurate and timely reporting to the Manager Merchandising Services Benelux.

Profile:

A commercial and communicative teamplayer, who is self assured and is looking for a challenge.

 

  • At least bachelor (college) degree work- and thinking level.
  • At least 3 years of experience working for a Retailer or Manafacturer in FMCG or in a commercial role in a software company.
  • Excellent interpersonal verbal and written communication skills in French and Dutch.
  • An adequate level of (business) English, both verbal and written
  • A commercial drive with selfstarting and self motivating skills
  • Well developed commercial skills (presenting / negotiating / communicating)
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Experience with account management is an advantage
  • Some knowledge of working with (Spacemanagement) software (Spaceman or other) is an asset
  • Managerial experience is an asset
  • Experience in Retail Management, Key Account Management, Trade Marketing, Software Sales or Marketing is an asset
