Currently we are looking for several Architects within the application development organizations :

• Business IT, is the organization that supports Retail Banking, Private Banking and Commercial Banking. Therefore the activities are primary focused to the channels and CRM (Customer Relationship Management). The scope are the applications used in the branches, the ATM network, PC Banking, Private Banking, Phone Banking, Isabel.
• Operations IT focuses on the back-end systems for Customer management, Accounts handling, Debit & Credit Card management, Payments processing, Securities handling and Credits.
• Functions IT focuses on the ALM (Asset Liability Management) Treasury, HR applications, Finance and Risk, and business Intelligence.

As Architect you will be in charge of the following key missions :

• Ensure the correct alignment with Group Reference Architecture.
• Participate in the companies architecture committee.
• Enforce the Group best practices and ensure the coherency between different domains (Business IT, Operations, Finance...).
• Control the architectural state for every domain and channel.
• Maintain the documentation and as-is representations.
• Work in collaboration with technical project teams, infrastructure and Information Security and Risk Management (ISRM).
• Translate Functional Requests in Technical Model taking in to account Functional Reference Model and Technical constraints. 
• Design solutions which respect projects milestones and budgets while making the current architecture evolving towards the target one as well as respecting infrastructure and ISRM constraints.
• Will do the follow-up of the realization and will document and report noticed implementation deviations in order to feed Reference Architects and suggest eventual realignments with the target.

Profile

• Master degree (engineering or IT) or equivalent.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Stress resistant. 
• Good communication skills (written, oral, and presentation). Be able to communicate with senior management.
• Team-worker, with ability to work autonomously.
• Solution driven. 
• Ability to manage multiple projects in parallel. 
• Professional with experience in IT Architecture projects.
• Experience in banking environment is a asset.
• Experience in project management and implementation of changes.
• Knowledge of Architecture Models.
