Armed with a passion for cloud-based solutions, the DevOps Engineer will manage, improve and expand our SaaS infrastructure, currently hosted on AWS, making sure that our systems are robust, resilient, secure and supportable, while scaling up with our growth.

The DevOps Engineer will:



* Manage all aspects of our Amazon Web Services cloud solution, architecture, related technologies and inter-dependencies
* Gather technical requirements, assess capabilities and provide appropriate cloud solution recommendations and development strategy
* Learn and adopt new tools and techniques to increase performance, automation and scalability
* Share the leading practices with internal team members and software engineers
* Provide technical direction and oversight to cloud implementation for SaaS
* Lead all efforts relating to the improvement of our SaaS platform in terms of: Security, Monitoring, troubleshooting and performance tuning
* Capacity planning and scaling Log aggregation and analysis General systems and databases administration (MySQL, MongoDB...)

Profile:

Our Technology StackAWS, CentOS, Tomcat, nginx, Jenkins, nodeJS , MySQL, RabbitMQ, Redis, Zabbix, SVN/Git

- 3+ years of production level Linux System Administration experience (Redhat preferred)

- Experience in a SaaS environment with 24x7 user facing application environments

- Familiarity with AWS and its offerings (or equivalent cloud provider)

- Experience with scripting and debugging in languages such as bash, python, ruby, perl

- Experience managing MySQL databases in a production environment

- A firm grasp of basic networking concepts including routing, subnets and firewalls

- Experience with agile environments, continuous deployment/delivery, and system automation tools

- Focused, energetic and reliable

- Good communication and interpersonal skills
