Description :

Your role
  • contributing to the realization of the integrated distribution model for all business clients of the bank (click, call and face)
  • contributing to online sales and self service growth, by translating the strategic and tactical roadmap into commercial targets for all segments (Retail, Private Banking and Business)
  • translating and realising the online strategy, in line with the overall bank strategy
  • working in close collaboration with the internal stakeholders (Marketing, Sales & Product Management)
  • detecting long term commercial opportunities and short term quick wins 
  • performing competitive benchmarking in order to identify possible new functionalities and improvements for the user experience
  • become an "online expert" and deliver an online expertise, with regards to stakeholders at middle and senior management level
  • correctly executing the roadmap projects
  • acting as business owner to ensure correct implementation within the direct channels
  • focus on: sales leads, alignment with best practices, and first time right delivery

Your profile

  • a master degree (economics, commercial, MBA, marketing)
  • at least 3 to 5 years relevant experience in sales, online, project-management and/or the financial sector
  • a significant experience in developing a clear strategy and vision about the commercial evolution of our direct channels based on facts, in combination with project-management skills
  • a good knowledge of the online environment and our clients in the banking sector
  • an excellent knowledge of Dutch, French and English
