Our client is an international company present in over 20 countries. The Belgian entity is located not far away from Gembloux and employs roughly 300 people.

Job description:

* Responsible for the overall scope of IT (customer support, business architecture systems availability, projects, change requests, cyber security, audit, ....)
* People management of a team of experienced IT professionals (15 fte)
* Budget management
* Interacting with Senior management for SLA performance, project delivery status updates, cost vs budget, ....
* Guide Senior management about new technologies and their benefits to the organization
* ICT strategy development and execution
* Talent management: use people to their best ability, provide guidance and identify training needs to ensure staff is ready to face new technological challenges.


* Excellent people management skills, good communicator in French and English (written and spoken)
* Broad knowledge in ICT environments (Application and Infrastructure)
* Strong interest in emerging technology trends (AI, Big Data, Robotics, ...)
* Experience in managing external suppliers and budget management experience
* Experience of successfully having led a team through a period of Change
* Willing to travel occasionally in Europe (5-10% of time)
* Main soft skills needed: Empathic, driven, able to make people enthusiastic about Change
