  • Manage all aspects of the customer relationships
  • Works effectively in a team environment
  • Focuses on passionate delivery of a positive and rewarding customer experience according to Company standards
  • Increases business penetration
  • Retention/Development focuses on maintaining and expanding business relationships/market share with existing customers (cross and up-sell with Premium accounts)
  • Acquisition focuses on identifying, targeting, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities

Competencies

  • Higher education
  • 2-3 years experience in Telesales function, preferably in indirect sales
  • Solution and relationship focused
  • Experience of IT would be an advantage
  • Excellent Sales and negotiation skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Commercial ability
  • Ability to change in response to a rapidly moving competitive environment and to identify and develop sales opportunities
  • Fluency in Dutch, French and English mandatory
