• Our client is searching for a candidate that after a short learning period sources and develops new business opportunities.
• You handle work associated with site inspection and valuation reports.
• You learn the different markets in which they are active being offices, retail and semi-industrial.
• You are results orientated and have the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
• You understand that valuations are sensitive and you guarantee absolute discretion.

ProfilE

• You have a master degree (engineering, finance, economics or land-surveyor) or equivalent and good financial analysis skills.
• You demonstrate strong communication and negotiation skills.
• You are a team player, a problem-solver and you are highly flexible. You are fluent in N/E/F.
