• You are enthusiastic
• You act in high streets and shopping centres.
• You let and sell retail properties and assign leases.
• Your strength lies in servicing and inspiring existing and new contacts and you are able to build a long-term relationship.
• You identify sites and decision makers; this means exploring new markets while developing good interactions with new contacts, in order to define their needs and negotiate/close business transactions.

Profile

• You have a university/high school degree.
• You have a first experience as sales.
• You have strong presentation, sales, negotiation and influencing skills, but are also very discreet.
• You are eager to challenge your capabilities.
• You are a team player.
• Dutch is your mother tongue and you are proficient in English and in French.
