Client :Our client is an exclusive car dealer company. Based in Brussels for more than 30 years, they enjoy a good reputation in Europe and worldwide. Facing a constant growth, Xpertize.be is looking for an Office Manager.
The company is facing a fast continuous growth. As an Office Manager, you will be in charge to handle various tasks:
- Deal with incoming calls and emails;
- Meet and greet visitors;
- Handle the agenda;
- Arrange appointments and meetings;
- Prepare correspondences;
- Ensure the filing and archiving;
- Insure basic accounting (invoices encoding, payment, ...).
- Select providers;
- Negotiate prices;
- Place orders;
- Supervise cleanup crews.
- Participate on the creation and organization of events (Europe & worldwide);
- Manage planning, calendars and guest lists;
- Negotiate with suppliers;
- Organize complex travels (flights, accommodations, caterings, carriages, ...);
- Ensure logistics flow;
- Update promotional material and website;
- Manage external communication.
- A relevant experience in a similar position (ideally more than 3 years);
- Fluent in French and English (mandatory), Italian will be a strong asset;
- Excellent presentation;
- Strong ability to discuss with decision makers;
- Discreet person;
- Able to work under pressure;
- Excellent organization skills;
- Good communication skills (both written and spoken).
