Your role:

Working as an experienced Procurement Officer in a Procurement Center composed of 30 people,  you will:

- prepare and analyse tenders and perform contract negotiations
- support line management in achieving agreed contract- and project deliverables
- evaluate performance of different suppliers and guarantee optimal balance between quality and cost.
- gather and analyse market intelligence within your procurement category

As an expert you will:

- develop strong relationships with your key suppliers to create maximum value for the business
- build up knowledge of the market trends and supplier capabilities in your category
- understand your line managers business in order to establish effective collaboration
- contribute to the business strategies by helping to make or buy decisions and developing sourcing strategies
- analyse external trends and translate them to Procurement initiatives

Your profile:

-You have a Master or a Bachelor degree with min. 5 years experience in procurement for Marketing categories where you have developed strong negotiation skills                                                                                          
-You are fluent in English as well as French and/or Dutch
-You have a curious and open personality, and you show dynamic and empathic behaviour
-You are an independent thinker and you act with integrity
-You have the desire and skills to become the "Trusted challenger" and "valued advisor"
-You are ambitious and result oriented, willing to learn and grow, and you are eager to work in a dynamic and changing environment
