Description :

Your function:

• Being the SPOC towards IT functional domains for their projects;
• Management of technical projects such as major upgrades, moves of applications from Paris to Brussels;
• Coordinate project activities between ICT teams;
• Reporting to senior management: dashboard, executive summary;
• Liaising with support teams (Service Desk and other HP areas, Business Application Support, etc.) to ensure a good relationship with the Application / DBA team.
• Control the quality of deliverables.
• Project management tasks:
  • Provide project documents : mandate, PID, risks/issues logs
  • Make plans, maintenance of project plans,
  • Follow-up of tasks
  • Find pragmatic solutions when facing delays or scope changes

 

Your profile:

• University degree (in computer-science if possible, otherwise able to follow up on technical matters)
• Minimum 5 years experience in project management
• Fluent in French and English
• Technical competences:
• Good awareness of IT technologies : operating systems, hardware, middleware, networks
• Strong expertise in Nikku project management suite (Clarity, Workbench)
• ITIL certification (must : fundation, other modules are nice to have)
• Prince2 or PMP certification (must : fundation, practitionner is nice to have)
• Business knowledge:
• Basic understanding of the front to back processes for Asset management business :
  • position keeping system ;
  • Straight Through Processing;
