Your Function:

As Project Manager you have a wide range of responsibilities, from gathering Business Requirements, assisting in Integration and Acceptance Testing up to providing post-implementation support for your projects. You will take ownership of managing internal business processes and systems, ensuring that these systems fit business & end users' needs.

You work in close collaboration with business users (internal) as well as Product Managers to prepare, review and proactively provide feedback on business requirements, functional specifications and business processes

You facilitate workshops with (internal & external) clients to gather and document requirements and explore potential solutions.

You define and document the to-be business processes based upon received input and in line with business strategy and priorities

You act as the primary liaison between the user community at ProduPress (marketing/ sales / Regie /Finance / HR) and the IT team regarding software functionality to enhance internal process and data flow (e.g. CRM / Marketing Automation / Sales Force Automation)

You ensure that the requirements are documented in a standard, detailed and sufficiently unambiguous manner, for further elaboration by the functional analyst or a 3rd party supplier (e.g. CRM) prior to programming;

You test application from a business perspective to verify that all client requirements are incorporated into the solution

You are able to work with cross functional groups within information technology projects

You assist PPMO team in maintaining and managing business requirements. This includes ensuring the requirements are documented in a standard way that they are coherent and sufficiently unambiguous, so that they can be acted upon efficiently Contribute to the preparation of calls for tender for requests for technical services (e.g. CRM)

Your Profile:

o    You have minimum 5 years of experience in project management & process analysis
o    You have the ability to model the current process and workflows and simulate the 'what-if' and 'to-be' scenarios
o    You have a Master Degree in Information Technology or in science
o    You have strong analytical competences and you are solution driven
o    You have very good written en spoken communications skills
o    You are a real team player capable of working autonomously
o    You experience a deadline as a positive challenge
o    You speak fluently Dutch and French, as well as English
