Description :

As part of an 11-strong team, you develop and maintain a positive customer-focused relationship with clients and tenants.
You take full responsibility in the management of properties (cost-effective and in accordance with legislation and good working practices).

Profile

• You have a university degree (Industrial Engineer)
• You demonstrate strong technical skills and have an extensive knowledge of software packages, especially Excel.
• You communicate to-the-point with a well-founded and subtle diplomacy and you have strong organization and prioritization skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• You are highly flexible and capable of taking initiatives within outlined responsibilities.
• You are fluent in N/F/E.
