Position

To enforce their team in Nivelles, our client is looking for an system engineer Hotline who wants to evolve within a company in full expansion.

Your function:

• Answering and managing phone calls and incidents which are created by our customer via Extranet
• Communication with our customers
• Communication with suppliers and partners
• Solving 90% of the calls related to infrastructure (no end-user)
• You handle a minimum of 75% of the incidents on an autonomous base
• Follow up and transfer of incidents, which can't be solved immediately, to our specialists
• Precise intervention at our customers in line with their needs

Knowledge required:

• You have a first experience with support and wish to enlarge your knowledge in infrastructure (serves, ...) or you have a first experience in consultancy and wish to keep your technical knowledge but you want to work on one location.
• You have a master degree or experience of equal value
• You are dynamic and information technology is your passion
• You have an experience between 3 and 5 years
• You have knowledge of Lotus Notes/Domino, Windows server, Active Directory, Networks, Linux, Storage, NAS, SAN, ...
• You are communicative, pro-active, customer oriented and have a positive team spirit
• You are bilingual: Dutch and French and you have a good knowledge of English
• Knowledge of the IBM world is an advantage
• You have a good sense of responsibility in all sorts of circumstances
