WebMaster/eCommerce - Digital Specialist
Our client, located in Brussels, is one of the most famous brands in the world.
The eCommerce Operations Specialist will be responsible for the technical development, integration of local pages and will support the team for the content within the B2C and B2B Digital Boutiques by implementing new features and projects on all platforms (Web & Mobile); ensure the e-channel provides the best user experience to convert visitors into satisfied customers, support digital acquisition & retention activities, drive for innovation, following latest digital trends.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage digital boutiques new features and content to provide the best user experience
* Manage new features implementation and platform roll-out provided by HQ.
* Support front-end coding requirements for eCommerce desktop websites and mobile applications.
* Convert wireframes & visual concepts into fully functional, localized and ready to be implemented code.
* Provide timely support for delivery of new digital content & evolutive maintenance of existing digital assets.
* Provide knowledgeable insights of eCommerce environments (including Mobile & Desktop Path to Purchase, website architecture, API's & Web Services) to support innovation of the eCommerce landscape.
Provide best in class digital user experience to increase conversion
* Propose and design complex pages with an MVT/ A/B testing tool and personalization.
* Liaise with eCommerce coordinator and Digital Marketing Acquisition to ensure a seamless experience and optimized purchasing path from call-to-actions to landing pages (including search optimization - SEO).
* Optimize and enrich all Products details pages on Mobile and desktop.
Own the day-to-day back-end management of digital boutiques
* Liaise with local IT manager to follow-up on test and/or production incidents monitored on digital boutiques.
* Escalate any major issue affecting conversion rate, new member's activation or availability of the products or the platforms.
* Run Market Acceptance Tests (both front-end and back-end) in coordination with local IS stakeholders.

Profile :

KNOWLEDGE AND PROFESSIONAL SKILLS
* Education: Bachelor degree in a technical IS/IT, UX designer or equivalent.
* Minimum 3-4 years of experience in web/ Mobile development (responsive web design)
* Strong experience in Website running (A/B testing & personalization, Content Management)
* Experience in design for eCommerce (and SEO)
* Web Analytics knowledge
* HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript
* Excellent knowledge of French and very good level in English
* Proactive cooperation, result driven & peer relationships
