Willing to work in an international environment, you will manage the demand of clients in the Sales and Channels-domain from a European perspective. You will oversee the project portfolio, define current, medium and long-term business, functional capabilities of IT products and services in Sales and Channels domain in alignment with the business and IT strategy for the domain at European level.

The department leads 3 main activities: Business Intelligence, CRM and customer intelligence We are looking for someone skilled and flexible to support us in those different missions. In a first step the focus will be on customer insights and reporting but this person should be able to understand the full scope of our department: putting the contact strategy into action.
