Role DescriptionAs a direct report to the Portal Manager, the Web Project Manager is responsible for the management and documentation of the Web development projects
His/Her tasks will be to:
- Control the development and testing process as well as quality of coding of external developers;
- Receive, analyse and document information requests, change requests, and bug fixes coming from the Product Management & First Line support;
- Translate business demands and development requirements for the Internal or External IT Unit;
- Setup and follow short- and long- term development planning and Assist the Portal Manager and the New Media Director in the prioritization process;
- Follow-up on development and testing activities to insure respect of planning and budgets;
- Guarantee the maintenance of the documentation of the code and processes.

Profile- As a key element in the online development process, the Web Architect should have the necessary skills and experience to follow major developments and maintenance streams.
- Bachelor or university degree, ideally in computer sciences or management speciality;
- At least 2 years experience in IT/Web project management;
- Knowledge of project management rules and techniques;
- Experience in the development of web applications;
- Knowledge of Dutch, English and French, with preferably Dutch as a mother language;
- End-user minded and stress-reliant.
