By applying state of the art competences in supply chain strategy, we aim at improving the performance of our customers in terms of Cost & Profit, and Cash, and this with clear transversal links to other functional area's in the business such as sales marketing, finance and tax. Our industry focus is on businesses for which the supply chain is a critical asset and factor for success: Consumer food and beverages, Life Sciences, CPG, Chemicals, Manufacturing and Distribution.

Profile:

Preferably, you have a Master's degree in Engineering or Economics and at least 7 to 10 years of relevant (consulting) experience in one or more of the following areas:

• Supply Chain Network and Footprint (re)design
• Inventory Management and Optimization
• Supply Chain Cost and Profitability Management (Cost-to-Serve, Portfolio Optimization, Cost-of-Complexity)
• Sourcing and Procurement
• Sales & Operations Planning, Demand Management, Supply Chain Process Optimization

Your experience encompasses the concept development, as well as the project implementation and change management perspective in these areas of competence.

Your experience as a senior consulting professional will allow you to:

• Actively participate in the development of the practice by helping to acquire new clients and projects
• As a project leader, to assume the final responsibility for projects in terms of quality, budget and timing, and to manage and coach a team of consultants accordingly
• Contribute to eminence building in the supply chain community in Belgium, by developing and refining methodologies and by actively contributing to marketing activities and events, both internal and external.
• Take up and drive talent and firm initiatives for developing our people and business in general
• Be part of the SCM leadership team, co-steering the strategy and direction of our Supply Chain Management practice and offerings

In addition, you are a team player with strong communication skills, and you have an intellectual curiosity combined with outstanding analytical skills. We are looking for professionals that are open to work in an international environment, abroad if needed. In terms of languages, you are fluent in English and in Dutch or French with a good basic knowledge of the other language.
