My client is a company employing 1500 people in Belgium. They are located in the North/East of Brussels.

My client evolves in a very fast-moving industry. To help them face the continuous challenges, they have established a team of internal "Consultants" - The Business process team.

This team is responsible for analyzing complex business processes and designing the ideal to-be solutions, given the Business's strategic goals.
Next to such large transformation projects, you will also be working on a multitude of business projects that require a very thorough analysis in a limited amount of time.
Can you design an almost perfect process in a short amount of time? Are you triggered by working continuously on project mode? Do you want to work in a "Consulting" atmosphere without the uncertainty of the next project's location? And finally, do you love the idea of being end-to end responsible for a solution, and sticking around to see the outcome of your work?

Your responsibilities

- During core project meetings, you gather and document business requirements (often hidden or unclear)
- You create the business requirements document which is an exhaustive written study of all facets of business-, user-, functional or non-functional requirements and provides insight in the AS-IS and the TO-BE states.
- Manage, plan and oversees business acceptance testing
- If required participates actively in key business user training

Profile :

- University degree
- French and English fluent. Any knowledge of Dutch is a big asset
- The ideal profile has between 3-8 years experience as Business analyst
- Experience in process design on either a CRM or an ERP
- Consultant mindset - you are able to challenge the status quo
- Assertive, analytical
- Able to take the lead, an able negotiator, consensus builder
- Any knowledge of ARIS, BPMN, UML or other tools are considered assets
