Description :

As the leader of the sales and marketing organization, the Chief Revenue Officer is responsible for:
  • All revenue generating processes, i.e. the performance, strategy and alignment of revenue operations in the company
  • Defining and maintaining the revenue strategy, architecting and integrating the revenue system, and designing and launching revenue programs.
  • Driving better integration and alignment between all revenue-related functions, including marketing, sales, customer support, pricing, and revenue management.
  • Overseeing the operations of Sales, & Customer Services departments.
  • Scaling the company to other territories through developing and sharing your experience
  • Create, implement and monitor marketing initiatives that support the Revenue Acceleration Plan

Who are you? 

  • Senior management level experience (6+ years) in B2C activities within an international environment
  • A well-developed understanding of Saas and selling to Mid-Entreprise
  • Successful track record of managing, leading and developing people
  • Data-driven decision mentality and sound business judgment through strong analytical thinking
  • Creative solutions driven mindset, with a get-things-done attitude
  • Entrepreneurial DNA 

Compensation

  • Full-time salary negotiable based on experience
