About the role
  • Our team works with a wide variety of large and mid-tier corporate clients, as well as private equity clients undertaking Merger & Acquisition investment opportunities. We provide a detailed evaluation of our client's proposition and help them develop new insights, strategies and approaches.
  • We work on client projects in teams of varying sizes and staff level. Dependent on your experience you will have a different role. We see an exciting future ahead of us in a well-developed Deals environment. Every role provides you with significant development opportunities, both personal and professional. You will become part of our European Deals Strategy practice and have the opportunity to work in an international setting on deals read about in the news.

Typical duties include: 

  • Commercial due diligence and Strategic business reviews, typical consisting of
  • Market and competitor analysis (market sizing, drivers and dynamics, competitive intensity)
  • Internal analysis (strategic analysis, business model review, financial)
  • Day-to-day running of projects, managing other work streams and Consultant teams
  • Interacting with the client throughout the project
  • Contributing to conclusions and supporting other senior team members in presenting insights to the client

If you:

  • have anywhere between 6-10 years of strategy consulting experience from either a pure strategy consulting firm, Big 4 firm, or experience in the strategy department in a corporate environment
  • have a university degree in business administration, science, engineering or related discipline. An MBA is not required, but is considered an asset
  • are analytical, commercially minded and you have good communication and social skills
  • are a team player and for Managers have proven experience of coaching junior team members
  • have a very good command of English (both spoken and written) as well as strong command in either Dutch and/or French. Fluency in another (European) language is considered a plus.
