My client is an international company specialized in web content, they optimize their client's database and improve their market knowledge.

Job Description:

* You will be responsible for Customer Support technical activities relating to the LiveContent product, such as Supporting the global team as senior escalation contact, problem management, trends analysis, knowledge transfer and training programs.
* You will also provide 2nd/3rd line support to theirr external clients /partners as well as providing a technical escalation point to the other members of the global Customer Support team.
* As part of the LiveContent Architect specialist team, represent the customer support organisation on this product line
* Contribute to and co-own the development priority list for LiveContent Architect on behalf of Customer Support globally
* Responsible for monitoring and 'gatekeeping' development knowledge requests for the Customer Support team globally
* Authoring Knowledge articles and white papers where required for internal and external audiences
* Coaching, mentoring and Contributing to the Support training program and ensuring internal knowledge transfer to the Customer Support teams globally
* Review development documentation and provide feedback on Customer Support and Customer Requirements / Implications
* Feed into product roadmaps on behalf of Customer Support

Technical skills :

* You will have experience of: Customer Support / Application Support experience, working with internal and external corporate users, Supporting Content Management applications with a understanding of XML data
* Good Experience supporting customers in a SaaS environment
* Excellent problem-solving & communication skills
* Ability to write Knowledge Base articles
* Basic knowledge XML
* Knowledge of operating systems, internet browsers, web server (IIS, Apache Tomcat)
* Basic knowledge of database technologies - MS SQL Server, SQL Language, Oracle
* Basic knowledge of XSL/XSLT is plus
* Knowledge of XML Editors, DITA is a plus
* Knowledge of ITIL processes for Incident and Change Management
* Fluent in English is a must (speaking, writing, and reading). Additional languages like Dutch, French or German are an asset
