Demand for our services is growing quickly and therefore we'd like to reinforce our team with a CUSTOMER CONSULTING LEAD.

As the Lead in one of our fastest-growing practices, this individual will provide inspiring leadership on multiple dimensions - customer strategy, senior client leadership, thought leadership, and collaborative leadership within the Practice, industry verticals, and throughout the Firm.

The successful candidate will be recognized as a digital customer experience thought leader, with a demonstrated track record in digital strategy & transformation. They will be recognized for their ability to develop major client relationships through their prominence, professional network, previous client impact, and domain expertise. In addition, they will have demonstrated a commitment to building a practice and proven success in developing a go to market strategy, assets and high performing teams. This individual will support key industry verticals and must be comfortable working in a heavy cross functional, matrixed organization and be able to collaborate on strategic initiatives.

Role and Responsibilities 

  • Core member of leadership team responsible for providing strategy & consulting services, devising innovation strategy and roadmap for end to end transformational engagements in collaboration with subject matter experts, consultants, technologists and creative teams.
  • Build senior level advisory relationships with existing and potential Clients; convert relationships with executives into long-term consulting relationships that extend across multiple assignments over time.
  • Leverage disciplined approach to new business development activities and compelling pursuit strategies in support of aggressive growth plans.
  • Participate directly on consulting assignments, helping to direct oversight of the engagement and interacting with clients as the senior member of the team.
  • Help recruit, develop, and retain other consulting professionals to support the firm's ambitious growth targets for the Practice.

Basic Qualifications

  • Minimum 10+ years of strategy, operations & process consulting with extensive cross-industry experience in digital strategy and transformation (i.e. digital marketing, ecommerce, operations, collaboration, customer experience and/or innovation)
  • Proven ability to operate successfully in a collaborative, matrixed global organizational structure
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, including identification of leads and opportunities, pre-sales and post-sales support and client relationship management
  • Ability to communicate verbally and in writing strategic digital concepts to all audiences

  • Ability to rapidly frame business challenges and develop logical approaches leveraging digital capabilities.
  • Broad and diverse cross-industry experience with depth of exposure to one or more of the following industries: Retail, Consumer Goods, Banking, Financial Services, Healthcare, Life Sciences, Media & Entertainment
  • Proven ability to generate business and spearhead elevation of portfolio client engagements to their next level of growth 
  • Superb team building skills with a predisposition to building consensuses and achieving goals through collaboration.
  • Strong ability to develop strategies and thought leadership, consider multiple points of view and the impacts on strategic goals within the organization, infrastructure, teams, etc.
  • A positive, results oriented style - high level of energy, sense of urgency, creativity, and decisiveness coupled with the ability/willingness to work hard and well under pressure.
  • An engaging/open interpersonal style complemented by the analytical pragmatism necessary to quickly dissect highly complex issues.
  • Ability to establish immediate credibility among peers, a professional who is respected for his/her intelligence and technical expertise.
  • Master's Degree in Business / Management highly preferred
  • You are fluent in either Dutch or French and English.
