The Role

Our PR team seeks an enthusiastic, responsible and efficient Account Manager with experience across consumer and corporate. This role maintains day-to-day contact with the client, and is responsible for coordinating and executing client programs to meet client objectives, adding value through his consumer or corporate communications knowledge. Issues and crisis management knowledge are a plus. The ideal candidate should have exceptional writing, analytic and media relations skills with a desire and demonstrated ability to produce excellent results.

Key responsibilities

  • Understands all aspects of the brand, how it operates in the market as well as the challenges facing client's business.
  • Actively drives client activity and suggest strategic and tactical solutions that fulfill their objectives. Presents agency work in a clear, persuasive way.
  • Performs day-to-day account work which may include: drafting a wide range of written materials, leading the development of multi-format content, coordinating events such as press conferences - media briefings - analyst meetings, identifying influencers and maintaining influencer contact.
  • Engages the creative department through clear briefs. Can judge and convince clients of great ideas. 
  • Manages projects performed with and by others and supervises more junior staff. Applies knowledge of the full range of resources available throughout the company.
  • Develop budgets independently and/or in conjunction with other team members. Assures we deliver on time and in budget. 
  • Make increasingly substantive contributions to the development and presentation of new recommendations for potential and existing clients.


  • A minimum of 6 years of PR agency experience.
  • Dutch or French native, bilingual and speaks English.
  • A bachelor's degree is required - in communications.
  • Proven success in corporate communications and media relations, and a firm grasp of PR measurement.
  • Understanding of social.


  • Balances work load and tasks, communicating effectively with team members to reliably implement assignments on budget and on deadline.
  • Exemplifies solid teamwork capabilities while demonstrating supervisory skills.
  • Operates with a high degree of independence, but knows when to rely on own judgment and when to seek advice of supervisor and other team members.
