Description :

Your role
  • Support the Release Trains in defining the acceptance criteria and make sure they are part of the Master Test Plan.
  • As gatekeeper you validate if the acceptance criteria are met in the different stages of the development cycle
  • Responsible to generate a quality dashboard of the different Release Trains.
  • Represent Environment Services in applicable governance bodies (e.g. RT-CAB)
  • Responsible to inform stakeholders and senior management about the quality of the delivery
  • Assess and follow-up all changes and deployments in the Test and Acceptance environment
  • You work with a small team, you plan their daily activities and consolidate the results
  • You continuous improve the gating mechanism and you conduct the changes within the organization 
  • In case of "burning" issues related to quality you act as a "crisis" manager to coordinate the action plan
  • You collaborate mainly with the IT Integrators, Test Managers and Release Managers and you evangelize quality allover the organization

And you have as well ...
  • an academic or bachelor degree, or equivalent through experience
  • by preference experience in quality, gating principles, related tooling (HP/SC, Plutora) and reporting
  • experience in the release and configuration management
  • an excellent written and spoken knowledge of English; knowledge of Dutch and / or French is an asset
