Mission description:

The Digital Channel Manager will support the Digital Manager in project management, optimization and support of digital delivery channels and implementation of the Digital Communication roadmap.
This includes supervision of activities related to the online experience for various internal clients (Communication, HR, Customer Relations, ...) with internal and external providers.

Channels include: 

  • Websites
  • Email marketing
  • Intranet
  • Digital signage

 Service description: 

  • Coordinate the posting of content on our Digital Channels supported by the webmaster;
  • Project management related to Digital Channels enhancement or replacements
  • Monitor (quality control) content on live site and trouble shoot or escalate;
  • Implement and schedule email campaigns and track results;
  • Help develop processes for content reviews and audits with content owners; ensure all pages are reviewed on schedule and are compliant;
  • Optimisation using behavioural tracking softwares and A/B testing; improving the usability, design, content and conversion of the company website;
  • First line support and interface between internal clients and technical teams as well as with external suppliers;

Additional requirements:

  • Project management experience. Keep track of multiple projects and progress of others on team. Creates action plans to finish projects on time and on budget.

  • Critical thinking, analytical and data-driven approach.
  • Hands-on, problem solving and follow-through.
  • Adaptable; able to embrace change in environment and strategy.
  • Ability to handle and prioritize a high level of administrative pressure.
  • Passionate, strong willingness for continuous learning and growth.
  • Bachelors or Masters in Communication, Marketing or Business Management.
  • Preferably more than 3 years' experience in digital channel management and web project management (scrum/agile preferred).
  • Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy and best practices.
  • Knowledge of UX and user-centered design development best practice and tools (personas, testing, prototyping).
  • Good oral and written communication skills in FR/NL/EN.
  • Basic knowledge of programming languages : HTML5, CSS3 javascript, jquery, xml, json, php ...
  • Softwares : Sitecore, Actito, Wordpress, Jira, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Adwords MS Office, Jive, Hotjar, SiteImprove....
